🎉 Play Paradise Party Rules & Regulations

Welcome to Play Paradise! To ensure a safe, fun, and smooth party experience for all, please carefully read and follow the rules and policies below. Booking a party with us means you agree to these terms.

Guest Count Includes Adults & Children

  • The total guest count includes both children and adults — please plan accordingly.

  • You must provide the correct number of guests at booking.

  • Your party price is based on this guest count.

Guest Count & Package Upgrade Policy

  • If your actual guest count exceeds the reserved number, your party will be automatically upgraded to the next available package.

  • Additional fees for the upgraded package will apply and must be paid before or at the party.

  • This policy helps us ensure safety, adequate staffing, and a smooth party experience.

🧾 GENERAL ENTRY & CHECK-IN

  1. All guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

  2. A signed waiver is required for every participating child, completed by a parent or legal guardian.

  3. Party time is strictly limited to your reserved time slot. Early entry and late departures are not permitted unless arranged in advance and may incur extra charges.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 SUPERVISION & CONDUCT

  1. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  2. Roughhousing, aggressive play, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  3. Disruptive or disrespectful guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

  4. No running in non-play areas (lobby, bathrooms, party rooms).

🧦 ATTIRE & SAFETY

  1. Socks are required for ALL guests in the play area—adults and children. No bare feet or shoes allowed.

  2. Play-appropriate clothing is highly recommended.

  3. Please remove all jewelry and sharp objects before entering play zones.

🥳 PARTY ROOM POLICIES

  1. Only the host family and their invited guests are permitted in the party room.

  2. Decorations must be approved and:

    • Cannot be taped or pinned to walls, ceilings, or furniture.

    • No glitter, confetti, silly string, or piñatas

  3. Music volume must be kept at a respectful level.

🍕 FOOD & DRINKS

  1. Outside food and drinks are not allowed

  2. All food must remain in the party room only—no snacks in play areas.

  3. No alcohol, gum, or open beverages in the facility.

🎁 GIFTS & BELONGINGS

  1. Gifts should be placed in the designated area provided.

  2. Please collect all belongings at the end of the party. Play Paradise is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

  3. Basic clean-up is included, but excessive mess (e.g. food fights, smashed cake, etc.) may result in a cleaning fee.

🛑 SAFETY & LIABILITY

  1. All guests must follow staff instructions for safety.

  2. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children use equipment properly and safely.

  3. Play Paradise is not liable for any injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow posted rules.

💳 Booking, Payment, & Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS

  1. A non-refundable deposit  is required at the time of booking to secure your party slot.

  2. Your reservation is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

FINAL PAYMENT

  1. The remaining party balance is due before the party.

  2. Once paid in full, all payments are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  1. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  2. You may reschedule your party one time, provided you give at least 14 days’ notice and reschedule within 60 days of the original date (subject to availability).

  3. No-shows, same-day cancellations, or late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Important Notes

  • Parties are available for booking from Monday to Sunday.

  • No Walk-In Parties: All parties must be booked and scheduled in advance.

  • Waiver mandatory for every child and adult attending the party.

  • Guest count includes both children and adults — please plan accordingly.

  • Guest must comply with Play Paradise rules at all times.
