Welcome to Play Paradise! We’re all about fun, safety, and making memories. Below you’ll find all the info you need before visiting — whether you’re coming for open play or hosting a party.
🏃♀️ Open Play
Q: Can I just walk in, or do I need to book?
A: Walk-ins are always welcome during open play hours — no booking necessary. But you can also purchase tickets online to guarantee your spot.
Q: What are the open play hours?
A: We run multiple daily sessions (e.g., 10 AM–4PM, up to 8 PM on weekends). Check the schedule on our Open Play Tickets page.
🧒 Age & Admission
How old does my child have to be to visit Play Paradise?
We welcome infants, toddlers, and children under 12 years old.
Do you charge for adults?
Adults enter free with a paid child admission (up to 1 adult). Each additional adult is $5.00
🤱 Amenities & Safety
Do you have a place for nursing mothers to comfortably and privately nurse or pump?
Yes — we’ve designed one of our restrooms to be extra spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot for nursing or pumping in privacy.
Do you have lockers or a place for personal items?
We provide open cubbies for shoes and small personal items.
Please note: Play Paradise is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
👟 Health & Safety
Q: Do I have to wear socks?
A: Yes — for hygiene and safety, all guests (kids and adults) must wear socks. No bare feet or shoes in the play area.
Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?
A: Yes — a waiver is required for every child before entering. You can sign online before you arrive or at check‑in.
Q: Do parents need to stay?
A: Absolutely. A parent or guardian must supervise their child while on the premises.
Q: Can I bring outside food or drinks?
A: No outside food or drinks allowed — except for birthday cake during private parties (must be pre‑approved).
🎉 Parties & Booking
Q: How do I book a party?
A: Booking must be done online or in-person—walk-in parties are not available.
Q: What are the party packages and pricing?
A: We currently offer three packages:

Island Adventure (up to 16 guests) – 2 hr • $399

Tropical Treasure (up to 24 guests) – 2 hr • $499

Paradise Extravaganza (up to 40 guests) – 3 hr • $599

Q: Can I bring my own cake or decorations?
A: Yes! Cakes and cupcakes are welcome at no charge. Bring balloons or table decorations, but no glitter/confetti or tape on walls.
Q: What about party check-in and setup?
A: Hosts can arrive up to 30 minutes early to decorate. Final payment—including any add-ons—is due before start of party
🧼 Cleanliness & Accessibility
Q: Is the facility cleaned regularly?
A: We sanitize before and after every party, and regularly throughout the day using non-toxic cleaners.
Q: Is the facility accessible?
A: Yes! We are ADA-compliant with accessible entrances and family restrooms.
