Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: You (the "Customer") agree to book per the Booking details for the Birthday Party or Special Event ("The Event"). Please note any Deposit paid is Non-Refundable unless otherwise agreed by Play Paradise). Socks and signed liability waivers (available at www.playparadise.org/waiver) are required for all guests at The Event. Customers hereby waive all claims and demands against Play Paradise for any loss, damage, or injury of the Customer or its guest, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Play Paradise, and its owners, employees, agents, directors, representatives and volunteers ("Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, settlements, loss or damages to persons of or in any way related to The Event or use of the Facility, including claims for loss of damage to any property, or for death or injury to any individual, regardless of whether caused, in whole or part, by the negligence, strict liability or other legal fault attributable to any of the Indemnified Parties.
