Cancellation Policy

Names cannot be changed or substituted after purchase. Please note: your membership will go into effect upon the date of purchase. Membership status will be granted only to the persons registered, and can not be shared with friends or other people not listed on your membership. Memberships are non-refundable after purchase. We leave it up to each member to decide how to make the best use of their membership; we cannot give refunds for infrequent use. Members can visit any day we’re open — no need to reserve online. Each child gets up to 2 hours of play per day, based on our operating hours. Just show your membership confirmation (digital or printed) at check-in. Please check in and out at the front desk — this helps us track time and flow. 🧼 Safety & Capacity If we’re at maximum capacity, there may be a short wait to enter. We’ll always do our best to get your family in quickly and comfortably. Safety and cleanliness are our top priority! 🥳 Party Bookings Still Require Reservations Want to book a birthday party or attend a special event? 👉 Those do require booking in advance — either online or at the front desk. Don’t forget: members get 10% OFF parties during their active membership! Membership Billing Policy Your membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically every month. A recurring membership fee will be charged to your card on the same date each month (based on your original signup date). Your membership will remain active until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, or by contacting us directly — no hidden fees or penalties. Access to member perks and playtime will continue until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation. 💳 Example: If you sign up on July 10th, your next payment will be on August 10th, and so on — unless you cancel.
